Monterey Gardens on 68th Court was built in 1968, it has 90 units.
Close by on 69th Court is Palms of Pinecrest, built in 1967 with 60 units.
On the south side of Pinecrest on 128th Street is the condo development of Sunrise Point. Built in 1974 this is a small development just south of one of the nicest parks for families with small children and east of a shopping center with really good restaurants.
