Condos in Pinecrest Florida are not plentiful but we do have some. Pinecrest Florida is known for its large homes with beautiful grounds and its wonderful school system.  Pinecrest homes for sale; Pinecrest Florida real estate is some of the most expensive real estate in South Florida.  The number one reason Buyers contact me for buying property in Pinecrest Florida is to get their children in the Pinecrest schools.   

There are three condo developments in the north end of Pinecrest which puts them very close to Dadeland Mall, which has Florida's largest Macy store and 184 more specialty stores, Downtown Dadeland, and the Metro Rail station.     
There is Dadeland Grove, built in 1970 on North Kendall Drive. 

Monterey Gardens on 68th Court was built in 1968, it has 90 units.  

Close by on 69th Court is Palms of Pinecrest, built in 1967 with 60 units.  

On the south side of Pinecrest on 128th Street is the condo development of Sunrise Point.  Built in 1974 this is a small development just south of one of the nicest parks for families with small children and east of a shopping center with really good restaurants. 

Even though Pinecrest Florida is known for its estates and gardens, we also do have townhomes for sale in Pinecrest. Villas of Pinecrest, French Village, The Reserve and Swan Lake are townhouse communities in Pinecrest. 

French Village is the newest upscale townhome community built in Pinecrest.  French Village, as the name implies, is a French inspired designed community featuring 12 luxury townhomes built by GC Homes in 2007.  French Village in Pinecrest Florida is off of 102nd Street just east of Dixie Highway (US 1), with a very convenient access to the Palmetto Expressway.  French Village is in the Pinecrest Florida School District; Pinecrest Elementary, Palmetto Middle and Miami Palmetto Senior High school. 

As you enter French Village through its cobblestoned pave main street you will see the beautiful center fountain and the flame gas street lights.  These elegant spacious townhomes feature many amenities such as designer kitchens, whirlpool tubs and marble, travertine and or wood floors.  Each townhome is individually gated, has a two car garage and most have their own private pool!

The Reserve in Pinecrest Florida is a gated townhome community with a handful of condos. Just for the sake of clarification; I think of a condo as a one floor unit and a unit with two or more floors is a townhouse.

The Reserve in Pinecrest Florida has sixty-eight units and was built in 2003 with a charming Old Florida / Key West style of architecture.The Reserve is on 102nd Street, just east of Dixie Highway (US 1) and right across the street from the French Village.The Reserve backs up to the newest park in Pinecrest.

The townhomes at The Reserve in Pinecrest Florida are very nice; they have upscale kitchens with wood cabinets and granite countertops, elegant baths, balconies, impact glass windows, and elevators from the secured underground covered parking garage.There is an on site gym and in the center of the community is a beautiful sparkling pool and clubhouse.

The Reserve in Pinecrest Florida is in the coveted Pinecrest Elementary, Palmetto Middle and Palmetto High school district.

Villas of Pinecrest in Pinecrest Florida is in the very north western corner of Pinecrest at the intersection of 67th Avenue and 88th Street.  Conveniently close to Dadeland Mall, the University of Miami the Dadeland Metro Rail Station.  It is also in the Pinecrest Elementary, Palmetto Middle and Palmetto Senior High School.  

The Villas of Pinecrest were built in 1966 and were updated and converted into condos and townhouses in the 1990´s; there are 206 units.  I think of a condo as a one-floor unit and a townhouse as having two or more floors; here we have both.

 This development features a clubhouse, tennis courts, a gym, a children´s playground, pool, 24-hour manned security and plenty of guest parking.
